Does anybody have any suggestions for a sports watch that does GPS/heart rate etc that doesn't ship all my shit off to papa Garmin or some other corporate overlord?

Ive sort of been looking at the Amazfit watches because they're well supported in Gadgetbridge?

At the moment i'm using a Garmin with all the notifications turned off so realistically i just want run tracking that i can sync locally I guess.
